1921 - 2011
 Ralph August Weixler, 89, of Huntington, WV, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2011. He was born April 26, 1921 in Ridgewood, NY, the son of the late August and Matilda TillieKlein Weixler. He was a veteran having served in the Army Air Corp during World War II and was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Grob Weixler and one sister, Ann Schmidt. He is survived by one daughter, Lois Weixler-Fisher of Huntington, WV; one granddaughter, Samantha Fisher of Huntington; and one sister, Doris Umscheid of Santa Margarita, California. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Huntington, P.O. Box 464, Huntington, WV 25709. I lived next door to Ralph{Mike}on Summerfield St. He was a great guy and we were neighbors till we both left for the service. Doris do you remember the incident that you and my sister Alice were involved in the wine cellar. My condolences,Ed

Ralph was a close dear friend. He made many contibutions to society and to his country. We will miss our dear friend for many years to come.
