Hi Rose, Pam and Bobby, My condolences to you and your respective families. Thinking of and praying for you all. The first thing that popped into my head when I heard the news was the time I ran over your mailbox post. Depite my having Bill as my Driver Ed instructor, I've been able to avoid more mailbox collisions! :-) He and all of you are remembered fondly by me and I'm sure I can speak for Ken, Beth and our mom, Racine, by all of us!

Pam, words cannot express how you are feeling! there is nothing in this world like losing your daddy, your hero! He was a very kind man who's room lit up when you came around him. You were definately daddy's little girl, and always will be. I pray God will grant you, your mom and brother some peace knowing he is healed and waiting in heaven for all you to join him. i even asked my mom and daddy to give him a heavenly hug! i love you my dear friend, and i will be available to talk or listen at any time! unless you have lost your father, you have no clue what is going on...please contact me anytime, day or night. I am praying for you to be strong for him, he would have wanted that and so glad you had a child he could be a part of his life. please call me or text me. we can go sit and talk and cry all you want. i love you, micky

What a wonderful person. I feel blessed to have known him for @40 years. When anyone ever mentioned his name my immediate thoughts were of integrity, compassion and most of all fairness. He was a wonderful teacher, mentor and coach who always had an extra zest for life. God must have really needed someone like him in heaven to take him so early because he will be missed by all. I love you all forever Rose, Bobby and most of all Pam. My thoughts are with you all.

Rose & family..sorry to hear about your loss. I thought a great deal of Bill not only as my teacher, but my coach in track etc. Looking back over the yrs. Bill was the one I felt had the temperament and skills to have worked at any level...I knew when I saw you two at the mall last fall that Bill was struggling...Lola and I will pray that God will supply the grace and peace, knowing that you shared a really good man with the rest of us. Bobby, I had just asked my mom if she had seen your parents and if she knew how you were. I am so sorry about your dad...I was sad to see he had Parkinsons...it is a difficult disease as my husband battles everyday with the effects. Please join facebook so we can all reconnect. Take care, Ann

Mr. Bias was a wonderful man. I had him in school as a teacher at Milton High School. God rest his soul and as hard as it may be to let him go, he is in a much better place than we are. So sorry for your loss.

Heartfelt sympathy to all of your family. Bill taught me to drive back in 1964 or '65. I think all the kids loved him. He was one of those teachers you never forget and are always thankful for.

Aunt Rose, Bob and Pam: I remember Uncle Bill as a wonderful person who was full of fun. He always had a wisecrack and a quick smile. He loved his family fiercely. I hope you will find comfort in the knowledge that he is with Nanny, Pap and Uncle Dave now. Much love and peace to all of you. Sharon Gilmore Laudel
