Masil C. Turley, 86, of Salt Rock, WV, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday Nov. 29, 2011. Born October 5, 1925, he was the oldest son of Grant and Inez Ross Turley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Lola Adkins Turley, his son Franklin Delane Turley "Lanny", and his brother James Harvey Turley. Surviving are two sons, Kenneth Myron Turley (Cheryl) of West Hamlin and Glennville David (Brenda) Turley of Salt Rock; one daughter, Karen Lynn (Mike) Ray of Huntington; his brother, Percy Ray (Barbara) Turley of West Hamlin; his sister Pauline Limer of Milton; and sister-in-law Patty Turley of Salt Rock. Also surviving are five grandchildren, Johnny Dale Turley, Kenny Turley, Regina Woodrum, Cristy Reynolds, and Lisa Marcum; seven great-grandchildren; and many loved nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, December 2, 2011, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, with Pastor Lenny Romans officiating. Burial will be in Ross Cemetery, Salt Rock. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, December 2, 2011 at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
