First of all I want to say with a tear in my eye, a heavy heart, and a lump in my throat, "Steve I will miss you, you were a great boss and I can't imagine walking into the office not seeing you grinning from behind your desk." "I love you, you were a very special friend and colleague.
I have known you and your family for many years and grown to love all of you. RIP my dear friend.

Parsons family,
Please accept my sincerest sympathy in the passing of your loved one. Steve and his dad (Jim) taught the EMT class I took back in the fall of 1980. In the Fall of 81 I was hired with CCEMS and Steve was my first partner. Here he had a brand new EMT that had never been on an ambulance, and of course, I was scared to death. I'll never forget the guidance he gave me and the patience he had with me. A memory I will cherish as long as I live.
Thoughts and prayers to you all and God Bless.
