1938 - 2012
 Emmett Dale Morrison, 74, went home to be with the Lord on December 24, 2012. He was born April 14, 1938, in Salt Rock, WV, a son of the late Chester Arnold Morrison and Freda Bledsoe Morrison. He was also preceded in death by his daughter Cindy Sue Lake. After his retirement from Adam's Trucking he worked at the Pro Shop at Riviera Country Club. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Karen Mitchell Morrison; children, Tonya Adkins, Brian Morrison and Kara Watson; one brother, C. D. "Tadpole" Morrison; one sister, Nadra Ankeny; and four grandchildren, Allison Lake, Nicholas and Tyler Adkins, and Austin Sawyer. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, December 28, 2012, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Pastor Doug Bragg. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be grandsons and nephews. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace.

After meeting Dale for the first time we knew we had found a true friend for life. He had an infectious, warm personality and was a true gentlemen. We will miss him greatly, and we wish Karen and family comfort during this time.
