Edith Alberta Smith Dick Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1918 - 2013 Edith Alberta Smith Dick, 94, of Lancaster, OH, formerly of Salt Rock, WV, passed away Friday, February 15, 2013 in Lancaster. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at the Salt Rock Community Church. Burial will be in Enon Cemetery. She was born July 20, 1918 in Columbus, OH, a daughter of the late A. G. and Martha Nida Smith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Dick and three sisters, Ermal Reed, Mary Mail, and Roxie Fisher. She is survived by two daughters, Carolyn Edith Walker of Bremen, OH and Barbara Lee (Fred) Beougher of Lancaster; one son, Steven Russell (Darlene) Dick of Lancaster; six grandchildren, Steven (Diana) Dick, Nathaniel Dick, Adam (April) Dick, David Kemmerling, Joe Kemmerling, and Jason Kemmerling; and eight-great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday at the Wallace Funeral Home, and after 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Church. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace.

So sorry for your loss. I was related to Russell through my grandmother Alma Dick Damron. She was a sister to Russell's father, Joe Dick. I remember Edith from when she lived in Salt Rock.
