Julia Ann Morrison Julia Ann Morrison "Sis", 72, of Barboursville, went home to be with her Lord on May 13, 2013. She was born May 20, 1940, in Huntington, a daughter of the late Russell and Lottie Jackson Holley. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Julian and Raymond Holley. She is survived by her husband, Guy E. Morrison; three daughters, Jeanette (Lyndon) McColgan of Barboursville, Charlotte (Robbie) Metzger of Waverly, OH, and Margaret (Greg) Kinney of South Point, OH; three sons, Paul (Sally), Guy Roger (Eva), and Mark Morrison all of Kitts Hill, OH; eight grandsons, Stephen, David, and Jacob Morrison, Ryan Nelson, Bradley and Daniel Morrison, Zachary McColgan and Nathan Kinney; four great grandchildren; three sisters, Leona Adkins of Ona, Eva Morrison of Glenwood, and Mary (Gene) Murphy of Huntington; one sister-in-law, Ann Holley of Huntington; one brother, Herman (Marilyn) Holley of Lady Lake, FL. She was a retired nurse at Mariner Health. She was a Missionary Baptist by Faith. She leaves behind many friends and loved ones. She was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and loving sister and aunt to many. And one that touched many hearts and souls. We would like to thank Dr. Abdo Haddad and staff at the Cleveland Clinic and also many thanks to Hospice of Huntington and thanks to Dr. Chowdhary and to Dr. Janet Wallace. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, May 17, 2013, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor James Jobe. Burial will be in Rosemont Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace.

I am so sorry for your loss. I have always thought alot of Sissy. She was a very special person and always a smile on her face. Jerry alway talked about her macaroni and tomatoes. May God bless you all and my prayers are with you.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. The farm was my second home growing up and you were all like brothers and sisters to me. Though I don't see you like I used to I still love you and want you to know that I am sorry about Sis.

Fly high with the angels, Sis! I will love you and miss you always! You were a wonderful woman that had a huge impact on my life. You loved me no matter what and treated me as your own. You always had a smile no matter how bad your day was and a laugh that was so infectious! I will love you always!!!!!

There are no words to express our sympathy to all of you. We loved Aunt Sissy, she could always bring a smile to your face! Heaven is very lucky to receive such an angel. Family is an wonderful gift and so fortunate that she was sent into ours. Love you all.
