Dad, I miss you so much. The kids and I talk about you all the time. We sometimes cry together because we wish we could see you and hug you. I know some day the Lord will call us to be together again, but until then, thank you for everything you have done for me. I would not have made it without your guidance and love. God rest you Dad.

Deepest sympathies for your loss. Take refuge and comfort in God's Word, drawing ever closer to him in prayer and supplication, then our sorrow will not be unrelenting. Jehovah God has promised that He will swallow up death forever (Isaiah 25:8). There is also the hope of the resurrection of those who have fallen asleep in death, and that there will be soon be a time when no one will say "I am sick" (John 5:28,29; Isaiah 33:24). May this bring you a measure of comfort.

My heart and prayers go out to you. I have many fond childhood memories of being with Grizz. He will be missed in our household. I am sure my Dad was very happy to see him come walking through Heaven's gait. I have no doubt they are talking guns once again! May God keep you in His hands during this very difficult time.

Our prayers are with all of you as you grieve the passing of Grizz, a great man with a big heart who loved the Lord and loved all of you. We will all miss him, but if we could just get a glimpse of the glory he is witnessing now, our tears of sadness would turn to tears of joy and elation.
