1934 - 2013
 Patrick Richard Fulks, 78, of Milton, passed away September 15, 2013, at home. He was born November 11, 1934, in Cabell County, a son of the late Sam Fulks and Agnes Peters Fulks. He was also preceded in death by six brothers and one sister. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Ann Bragg Fulks; one daughter, Tabitha Lynn Fulks; two grandchildren, Dustin Tyler Fulks and Haley Nicole Eden. Visitation will be from 12 to 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 17, 2013, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Rev. Ronnie Marcum. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. The family would like to thank the staff at Bradley Richardsons office, Hospice of Huntington and special friends Pastor Ronnie and Connie Marcum.
