 Nadine Dora Meadows Hunt, 85, of Barboursville, WV, went home to be with the Lord, October 31, 2013 after a short illness. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 4, 2013 at Steele Memorial United Methodist Church, by Rev. Dr. John Sauvage and Rev. Ralph Sager. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. She was born December 3, 1927 in Lorado, WV, a daughter of the late James and Anna Conkle Meadows. She was a member of Steele Memorial United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Hunt. She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Hunt of Barboursville, and two sons, David Hunt (Susan) of Yardley, PA., and Jeff Hunt (Krista) St. Louis, MO; sister, Vaughn Hager, Ravenswood, WV; grandchildren, Jessica Doyle, Ashley Wall, and Christopher Hunt; two great-grandchildren, Nathan Hunt and Connor Doyle. Visitation will be Sunday from 6-8 p.m. at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, and after 10:00 a.m. Monday at the Steele Memorial United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, 3100 Staunton Rd., Huntington, WV 25702. |

Hunt family; I knew your Mother and Dad and you children when you were very young. I lived in Barboursville, and I am a friend of your Aunt Connie, we went to school together. I am so sorry to hear about your Mom, she was a wonderful and loving person.

Cousins, I am sorry for your loss but just remember, Aunt Nadine is dancing on those streets of gold with Uncle Bud and my dad-they have new, glorious bodies and are laughing it up!!! I have such precious, sweet, fun memories of her; my heart smiles when I think of her. I'm so blessed that she's my Aunt!
