1959 - 2013
 Charles Ray "Chuck" Adkins, 54, of Salt Rock, WV, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, November 26, 2013. He was preceded in death by his father, Dallas Adkins and two sisters. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Rowena and Herb Davis of Salt Rock, WV; his children, two sons, Charles Brian Adkins of Sandston, VA, and David Brent (Tiffany) Adkins of Quinton, VA, one daughter, Jennifer (Frank) Adkins of Goochland, VA; the loves of his life, his six grandchildren, Caitlin, Jackson, Karson, McKenzie, Nevaeh and Natalie. He was awaiting the birth of another granddaughter in March, Aubrey Lynn. Chuck is also survived by three brothers, Greg (Misty), Doss (Lisa) and Eddie (Charlotte) and numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends from the Guyandotte VFW. Chuck remained friends with his former wife and her husband, Donnetta and "Bubba" Payne of Sandston, VA. Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 30, 2013 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, WV, with Robert Bias officiating. Dear Family,
I'm so sorry to hear of Chucks passing.I missed seeing him last time he was in town here in Va.He was a great guy and I truly valued our friendship. I remember the bowling days, that was a lot if fun.I know he's at peace now.Our condolences to the family.
