 Thomas Allen Sifford, 36, of Huntington, WV, passed away December 21, 2013 at St.Marys Medical Center. He was born March 11, 1977, in Cabell County, a son of Johnny Franklin and Juanita Glennadean Mullins Sifford. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Wilson Sifford, maternal grandmother, Pearline Stanfield and maternal grandfather, Herbert Mullins. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Karen Crabtree (David) and Trina Marshall (Edward); one brother, Johnny Bud Sifford II (Terry); paternal grandmother, Mildred Sifford; and six nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12 noon Tuesday, at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Funeral services will be conducted at 12 noon Tuesday, December 24, 2013 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Rev. Diana Clay. I am so sorry for your loss .I know that no words are going to help but I know how it feels . I lost my son Nov 2012 so I know the pain and my heart goes out to you and your family.

I and my family have known Tom for a number of years. He worked for our dad, who was a civil engineer and, it must be said, "the boss" often gave Tom a hard time. But Tom never outwardly showed impatience with the ribbings and the grillings -- and in fact his cheery, balanced attitude often saved the day. We will miss Tom tremendously, and will keep his family and the many others who loved Tom in our thoughts and prayers tonight.

Just saw you last week my friend..cannot believe you are gone!...Even though we did not see each other often you were always a good friend...I really hate to hear this...may the lord bless your family and friends in this difficult time...it was a pleasure knowing you my friend...will see you again one day!

I am so saddened to hear of Tom's passing, and my heart goes out to his family and friends. I got to know him when he worked for my father at Thomas Company, where he was such a help, especially so in my father's last years. We will all miss him.
My heartfelt condolences to all the Sifford clan, with blessings and prayers for as many comforting angels as are needed. We are so blessed to have had him in our lives.
