 Wilma Jeanette Honaker, 79, of Barboursville, WV, passed away Thursday, January 23, 2014. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, January 27, 2014, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Rev. Brady Lipscomb. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. She was born January 27, 1934, in Lincoln County, a daughter of the late Willie Bell and Eva Tye Bell. She worked for C & P Telephone from 1953-1985 in the payment office in Huntington, WV. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Robert L. Honaker, retired Huntington Police Officer; two daughters and son-in-law, Roberta A. Robin and Danny Hale of Milton, WV and Tina Louise Walker of South Point, Ohio; four grandchildren, Lee and Audrey Hale, Travis Hale, Justin Walker and Todd Walker; and one great-grandchild, Weston Hale; five sisters, Betty Barcus of Ona, Ollie Mae Dailey of Hurricane, Nellie Gay Adkins and Alice Triplett, both of West Hamlin, and Doris Kreiger of Michigan; and four brothers, Jack Bell and Eddie Bell, both of West Hamlin, Donald Bell of Huntington and Larry Bell of Barboursville. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Huntington, P.O. Box 464, Huntington, WV 25709. Our family's were life long friends, I am so sorry for your loss. Wilma was a Great lady and will be missed by everyone that knew her. My condolences to her daughters, Tina and Robin and to her loving husband Bob. May God be with you at this difficult time. I know that everyone says that she is in a better place, and I am sure that she is....
