Donald Lee Salmons, Sr., 69, of Milton, passed away October 6, 2014, at St. Marys Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, October 10, 2014, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. He was born April 18, 1945, in Lincoln County, WV, a son of the late Johnny Salmons and Velsie Flowers Salmons. He was also preceded in death by three brothers James Flowers, Jay Flowers, and Ronald Salmons. He is survived by his wife Phyllis Baumgardner Salmons; one daughter Julie Chapman Salmons; one son Donald Lee Salmons Jr.; one sister Wilma Oser; half brother Johnny Salmons Jr.; three grandchildren Channing Salmons, Sarah Chapman and Justin Stewart; and three great grandchildren.
