Patsy Irene Justice Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1932 - 2016 Patsy Irene Justice, 84, of Barboursville, WV, formerly of Russell, KY, passed away Friday, April 15, 2016. She was born March 9, 1932 in Russell, KY, a daughter of the late James Oscar Justice and Naomi Burnside Justice. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Ann See. She is survived by one sister, Joyce Bebber of Columbus, OH; two nephews, Jim Andy See and Bob Bebber; and two nieces, Vicki Katona and Sherry Seiber. There will be no visitation. Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 am Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens, Russell, KY. Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, WV, in charge of arrangements.

Just wanted to let you know that I read Patsy's obituary but will be unable to attend her memorial service due to a doctor's appointment at 11:00. My sister, Verna Lee, is going to attend. There aren't many of Bonnie's family members left in area.
