Frankie Jean Holley, 73, of Barboursville, WV, passed away December 16, 2016 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, with Dale Barnett officiating. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. She was born June 15, 1943 in Lincoln County, WV, a daughter of the late Frank and Virginia Adkins Toney. She is survived by her companion, Kermit Harshbarger; two daughters, Sheila Ann Wilson and Sandra Colter; one son, Russell Harshbarger, two sisters, Rita Lucas and Leah Thompson; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
