Ruth Ellen Chapman Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1956 - 2017 Ruth Ellen Chapman, 60, of Milton, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2017 at her residence. She was born February 16, 1956 in Batesville, AR, a daughter of Imela Long Sneed of Batesville, AR, and the late Aaron Sneed. She is also survived by her husband, Robert Bruce Chapman; two daughters, Christy Dew of Batesville, AR, and Sherry Rolfe of Milton; three grandchildren, Christopher Michael Scott of Milton, Christian Deaton of Batesville, and Patricia Brooke Elder of Milton. Funeral services will be conducted at 8 p.m. Friday, February 3, 2017 at the Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
