Wanda Jean Williams Wood Click for Condolences      Printable Version Not Listed - 2017 Wanda Jean Williams Wood, 77, of Loudon, TN, formerly of Hurricane, WV, died November 2, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband Alria Wood and parents Loren and Virginia Williams. She leaves behind five children: Vickie and Virginia (Jenny) Wood of Loudon, TN, Margi Wood of AR, Barry Wood of Richmond, KY, and Steve Wood of Willow City, TX, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother David Williams of Hurricane, WV and sister Arlene Grant of Tampa, FL. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Mt. Moriah Church Cemetery, Hurricane, WV. Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace.

I will miss my dear (and only) Sister so much. Even tho we lived far apart we spent many evenings on the phone remembering "old times". She was ready to meet Jesus and for some time was asking the Lord to take her to be with her dear husband, Al, who pre-deceased her. I cry, but she is in a better place.
