Mildred Frances Waugh, 92, of Culloden, WV, passed away Wednesday, December 27, 2017. She was born August 2, 1925, in Cabell County, WV, a daughter of the late Frank and Emma Kirby Morrison. She was also preceded in death by her husband William Donald Waugh; daughter Delores Kirby; granddaughter Sandra Hayes; one son-in-law, Bill Hayes; five sisters and four brothers. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Sharon Hayes, Sonny and “BB” Waugh, Connie Akers and Sheila Waugh; two sisters; Sybillia, and Emmalene; and one brother Floyd; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 2, 2017 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Pastor Tim Messinger. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park.
