We're deeply grieved at Joseph's passing and wish to express our strongest sympathies. While his physical presence is irreplaceable, it's clear that the fruits of his love, dedication, and integrity will continue to reverberate in the many lives he touched, personally and professionally. May the Lord hold him and comfort each of you, especially at this time.

Kim I am truly sorry for you loss. He was a good man and I know how much he cherished being there with you and your children Ellie, Ethan, and Jamison and the two new grandchildren Amaya and Lincoln. I am truly saddened at the passing of one of the best law enforcement officers I ever worked with. Joe had a way to always see the positive in every situation. Even though he was facing incredible odds at beating cancer, I will never forget his positive remarks at his 60th surprise birthday party. He will be missed beyond words. God Speed Joe

Joe and I served in the FBI Miami Division at the same time. He was always a gentleman and a hard working agent. I was not surprised to see that he became the Chief of Police in Huntington, WV upon retirement. He was the consummate professional and a real leader.

I had the pleasure of working with Joe several times for missing people when he felt that a trained dog might be of help. Joe was such a gentleman who conveyed how much he wanted to help families get their loved ones returned. I highly respected Joe and am so sorry that he has passed. All who knew him have to feel an empty place in their hearts. Charm

Corey, I am greatly saddened by the loss of such a good person and friend. He was much more than just good, he was dedicated and trusted. He was one of the rare individuals that knew how to treat people and help friends, co workers and citizens. I know he passed on many of his qualities to his son. There is joy in the memory of him, his smile, his conversation and his knowledge. Corey stay strong, reflect on the good times, and carry on.
