In addition to being highly involved in her children’s lives and supportive of various family-owned businesses, Doris did beautiful cross stitch, was an excellent seamstress; and also owned a fabric store in Milton, WV in the early 70s. More than anything, her greatest joy came from being a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Huntington, Inc., P.O. Box 464, Huntington, WV 25709-0146, ATTN: Development Department or www.hospiceofhuntington.org.
