 Roger Lee Noe, 70, of Barboursville, WV, passed away Saturday, May 26, 2018, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 30, 2018, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Minister David Gladwell. Burial will be in Waugh Cemetery. He was born March 8, 1948, in West Hamlin, WV, a son of the late Benjamin Thomas Noe and Essie Edith Nelson Noe. He was a member of the Barboursville Church of Christ where he served as a deacon. He was also preceded in death by one grandchild, Justin Noe and one sister, Pauline Vickers. He is survived by his wife, Judy Keckler Noe; three sons and daughters-in-law, Matthew and Deborah Noe of Lavalette, WV, Seth and Cindy Noe of O’Fallon, IL, and Jared and Jessica Noe of Milton; one brother and sister-in-law, Thomas and Matilda Noe of Perrysburg, OH; eight grandchildren, Cody, Mandy, Corey, Haylee, Josiah, Jerica, Josh, Rachel; and one great grandchild, Jakob. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace. |

Judy, Matt, Seth, and Jared: Please accept my heartfelt sympathy and condolences. I have often thought of you all and I always thought Roger was a caring and loving husband and father who loved his family deeply. I pray that God gives you strength and comfort to get through this trying time. Love and prayers.
