Etha Eloise Carter Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1931 - 2018 Etha Eloise Carter, 86, of South Point, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, July 2, 2018 at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Huntington. She was born June 30, 1931 in Cabell County. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Lee Carter; one daughter, Linda Darlene Shepherd; and one son, Harold A. Carter. She is survived by one daughter, Cecelia Meadows of South Point; one son, Nathan Scott Carter of South Carolina; six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
