 Jeffrey Allen Franklin, 24, of South Point, OH, went home to be with the Lord, June 30, 2018. Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 7, 2018 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Brandon Vansickle. He was born May 26, 1994 in Huntington, WV, a son of the late Tami Butcher Franklin. He was also preceded in death by his beloved maternal grandmother, Phyllis Butcher. He is survived by his son, Conner Floyd Franklin; sister, Amanda Franklin of Chesapeake, OH; aunt and uncle, Lisa and Jerry Childress of South Point, OH; uncle, Jacy Crawford, of Los Angeles, CA; his cousin who was like a brother, Eric Ross, of Flatwoods, KY, and his maternal grandfather, John Butcher of Barboursville. I just wanna say how sorry I am to hear this. Hope and pray he is at peace. He will be missed very much. He was a good and very smart young man that loved his little boy Conner as well as his other family. Rip (Jeffro).
