Ada Frances Cart Smith Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1935 - 2018 Ada Frances Cart Smith, 82, of Huntington, WV, passed away August 4, 2018, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. She was born August 13, 1935, in Cabell County, WV, a daughter of the late Cecil Cart and Opal Chapman Cart. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jack Smith; two sisters, Anna Ruth Glenn and Sara Adkins. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Robin Diane and Joe Harrison of Garner, NC, and Pamela Sue and Robert Bailey of LA; one son, Jack Smith Jr. of Huntington; three sisters, Donna Cart, Rita Chittum, Ella Mae Carter, and one brother, Robert Cart all of Milton; 14 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, August 7, 2018, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 11 to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace.

I am so sorry for your lose. My thoughts and prayers are with each and every one of you. Always remember she is not gone she just went home. As long as you keep her in your heart she will always be with you in mind and soul.

I love all of you and will be thinking about you. Sorry I couldn't be there but I was lucky enough to visit with MawMaw earlier this year. I told her I loved her so she knew. I am sad she is gone but glad she got to be with us for a good long time. Hugs to all.
