Frances Jeanette Tomblin, 70, of Huntington, WV, passed away Saturday, August 4, 2018. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel with Pastor Rick Glass officiating. Burial will be in Green Valley Cemetery. She was born December 26, 1947 in Branchland, WV, a daughter of the late Lorenzo and Beatrice Adkins Brinegar. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Fred Tomblin, two sisters, Darlene Adkins, Mary Perry, and one brother, Ezra Brinegar. She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Freddie and Deborah Tomblin of Huntington, Jeffrey and Sheena Tomblin of Huntington, and Russell and Lottie Tomblin of Kenova; two sisters, Alberta Perry and Eileen Perry, both of East Lynn, WV; two brothers, Everett Brinegar of West Hamlin and Darrell Brinegar of Branchland; and four grandchildren, Melissa, Jessica, Brittany and Lakin.
