Brian, Misty, and family... It is with a heavy heart that I write you guys this. I’m sure it does not even compare your loss. When We were kids, I spent more time At your house than I did at my own. I always thought of Brian and Rodney as brothers. As we got older and life got serious-it took us in different directions. I always have regretted not staying in touch. I wanted to share two quick stories that I think about often. We were having a snowball fight over on Collins ct and one of the Chaffins ran up on their porch and was going in the house, Jeff Frye (older kid-I think that was his name) threw a snowball and some of the snow went in the house. Doris got pissed and came out with a ball bat to whoop somebody’s ass!! That was great. She was always protective of her children/family and I always had a lot of respect for her. And you all have that in you as well. Also wanted to share that Rodney was a good man and we had a lot of good and bad times together. He was a lot of fun and the times we hung out were never boring-even if iwe were doing wrong -it was never boring because of Rodney. I am honored to have had the privilege of knowing him and being able to call him a friend.
