Leslie, Hannah & William,
I’m so saddened by the sudden passing of my good friend, Lucas. My thoughts and prayers for all of you during these times. Remember all the good memories as I surely will. Meeting Lucas for the first time in Washington DC for our month long SuperMedia training. Staying up late many nights helping each other memorize the company script. Visiting the monuments after dark to cherish the glow of Abraham Lincoln and walk along the somber wall of the Vietnam Veterans. All Great Memories. We worked together for two years until Lucas left to work in the mine. I stayed an additional two years working in West Virginia then moved to Florida yet we always stayed in touch until a week before his passing when I wished the “Old Milk Man” an early Happy Birthday on Election Day.
“So Rest In Peace my Good Friend, Lucas. My Prayers are for your Family….and those good memories to all your friends, extended family and all those people you touched while you were here.”
Happy Trails to You….Until We meet Again. God Bless.

I played baseball with Lucas as kids. I always hated batting against him, because he was such a great pitcher. I am deeply sorry for your loss. I can’t imagine the grief that you have. He always had a smile on his face and could make you laugh. Warmest regards, Jeremy Hysell

Lucas was such a wonderful friend, I have worked with him for several years now and everyday with him was different, he was always doing something to make everyone laugh. He was the class clown. Lucas will be missed.

Our sincere and deepest condolences. Lucas was a great man. When he worked for SuperMedia there was not a day that went by that he didn't speak about his family. His children were always topic of conversation. Lucas was well liked and loved by all. His character was something not only to admire but look up to. Lucas cared for others. Many years ago my son was going through some rough struggles and Lucas cared so much he brought him over a snowboard and thought that he might enjoy it. My son has never forgot that nor have I. Not to mention the love and care that his wife Leslie has done with the kids at Cabell Midland and looked after Brandon and Jacob Collins. We can not express our sadness that such a lovely soul has left us. The Price family is in our thoughts and prayers.

We are both so heartbroken to hear about this. He was on of Jaycie's coaches her first year of Little League and helped her a lot. She thinks of Will as one of her closest friends and has been heartbroken for him. Our thoughts and prayers are with those who loved him and were closest to him during this difficult time.

I am so sorry and saddened by Lucas' passing. He was one of my first WV friends upon moving to Barboursville in 1978. Lucas and Shane came to our house while the moving truck was still there and asked if we wanted to come out and play. We were good friends for years after that with sleepovers, riding bikes, flashlight tag and whatever sport you can think of. I had run into him a few years back and was great to catch up and I am at a loss to comprehend him leaving this world too soon. Don't hesitate to ask if there is anything my family can do during this time or in the future.

Denise and Leslie, my heart is broken...I also hurt for the two of you and your family and I pray that somehow you find strength and peace...I loved Lucas and as I watched him go from mischievous little boy to husband and father he made me laugh each time I saw him...know that you are in my thoughts...
