Doris Ann Spurlock Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1939 - 2018 Doris Ann Spurlock, of South Point, Ohio formerly of Glenwood, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 22, 2018. She was born on October 11, 1939 in Cabell County, a daughter of the late Alwine and Ona Nicely Spurlock. She was a retired LPN from St. Mary’s Medical Center. She is survived by three sisters, Mary Alice Forgey (Donald), Judy McComas and Connie Hayes (Kenneth); one niece, Jacqueline Connolly (Mike) and one great niece Kaitlyn Connolly. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 25, 2018 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville with Pastor Doug Spurlock officiating. Burial will follow in the Spurlock Family Cemetery, Glenwood. Friends may visit one hour prior to the service on Sunday at the funeral home.
