 Shannon Ray Davis, 35, of Milton, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 23, 2018. He was born August 3, 1983, to Denver and Sherry Davis of Culloden, WV. He was employed by Vascor Trucking. Shannon was preceded in death by grandfather Thomas J. Davis, Jr., grandfather and grandmother Norman and Retha Goodpaster; uncles Verle Goodpaster, Norman "Bug" Goodpaster, Donnie "Hubby" Goodpaster and David Goodpaster. He is survived along with his parents, two sisters Sheridan (Brian) Boss and Melanie (Willie) McCallister; nieces Samantha Bragg, Brianna Boss and Brooklyn Boss; nephew Michael Bragg; grandmother Launa Davis; the love of his life Jennifer Stowasser and her children Brianna Stowasser and Aaron Dean; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; and his dogs Tank and Maggie. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, December 31, 2018, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, with Pastor Charlie Norris officiating. Burial will be at Forest Memorial Park, Milton. Words alone can not express how much I feel for his family and friends! I only had the opportunity to see him twice but he was such a shining personality and wonderful man! My heart goes out to everyone whom he came in contact with.
