Charles Linwood Goodman, Sr., 91, of Huntington, passed away Sunday, January 13, 2019 at Paramount Senior Living, Ona, WV. He was born August 19, 1927 in Beaverdam, VA, the oldest of eight siblings, a son of the late Edgar Norman and Frances Hall Goodman. He was a retired employee of CSX Transportation, a veteran of the US Army, and a volunteer at Cabell-Huntington Hospital for many years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anne Goodman, four brothers and three sisters. He is survived by his daughters, Doris Latour (Emile), of Orange Park, FL and Joan Shields (David), of Boise, ID, and his son, Chuck Goodman, of Cornwallville, NY; five grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff of Paramount Senior Living for their kindness and care of dad.
