Donald Allen Payne, 69, of Lesage, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 2, 2019. He was born on December 21, 1950 in Boyd County, Ky., a son of the late Bud and Beulah Payne. He is also preceded in death by his brothers, Ray and Sherman Payne and one sister, Judy Payne. He was a retired truck driver with the City of Huntington. He is survived by three sisters, Freda Richardson, Shirley Waugh and Linda Benson; one brother, Jerry Payne and wife Etta; 2 very special little girls that he dearly loved, Emily and Summer Coonrod and a host of other nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be conducted Noon Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at Forest Memorial Park Mausoleum, Milton. Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville is assisting with arrangements.
