My husband, Richard McCoy, was a fellow Professional Engineer and an active member of the local chapter. He was a registered Mechanical Engineer, designing parts for dams in the Huntington District. The two shared a common goal to be professional and a good designer. They spent many years designing at the Corps of Engineers. Bill had a good, long life. Blessings and remembrances.

I am sorry to here that Bill passed away. I was one of the structural engineers that started right after Bill retired. I also, by chance, moved into the same subdivision as Bill. I lived on Wright Court for 19 years and I got to know him. Your family will be in my prayers. Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend his service because I now live in Houston, TX area.
