 Timothy Mills Harbour, 59, of Salt Rock, W.Va., passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2020. He was born on January 23, 1961 in Huntington, W.Va., a son of the late, Winston and Reba Harbour. He is survived by his siblings, Diane (Ralph), Brenda, Keith (Dottie), Sherry and Steven and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will follow in Enon Cemetery, Salt Rock, W.Va.. I still can't believe you're actually gone. You left an empty spot in this world that no one else will ever fill. I have spoken with so many people in the last week who have expressed just how impacted they were by your passing. You had no idea just how much you were loved here on earth. Until we meet again, I will hold you in my heart. I Love you Dad.

Tim was in the first class I taught at Salt Rock School. He was always one who let his presence be known. At the same time he was very likable and friendly, and he always treated me with respect. He will be missed in the Salt Rock community by all.
