We're so sad to hear of Mike's passing. He was such a good man. We will always remember how he took a chance on us one day in 1982 when we were unknown and unproven in the community; he was the first patient in our new practice. Our prayers are with you all.

My deepest sympathies to the family. May the Lord grant you peace in your time of grief secure in the knowledge of sure and wonderful reunion that awaits someday. I never knew him but he had to be a special guy to have had a family like you all. We will be praying for you.
