Bret,
My deepest sympathy to you and your family during this time. Although we lost touch after high school, I never forgot about our fun times out on Howell's Mill Road. Your mom and dad were always receptive to us being there. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dearest Aunt Barbara, Bret, Karen and family.
I have such great memories of Uncle Richard and Daddy working together out on Wildcat at Grandma’s either in the garden, working with the cattle or just at family gatherings. The love I always saw him share with Aunt Barbara and the gentlemanly ways that Grandma instilled in all of her children showed me what I wanted to have in my life. I know exactly where Uncle is and I have no doubt he and Daddy are having a wonderful time of it with Grandma and all the Aunts and Uncles that went before. I loved him very much and was blessed to have had such a Godly man in my life. The last evening we had together will forever be a warm, loving memory in my heart. I sure wish I could hear him sing now !! I’m sure he and Daddy are singing with those beautiful voices they both had.
I love you all and pray for comfort, strength and the peace that comes from knowing he was an exceptional man that made his life truly mean something !!!
