A dear dear friend. I lived in Huntington, WV. Helen did my hair and showed me how to do my own hair. When she moved to the Ohio River Road, I found it necessary to take my young son with me sometimes to get my hair done. He always took his metal detector to hunt for coins in Helen and Ray's yard. For some "strange" reason, there were always coins there. Helen was a wonderful, caring soul. Heaven is brighter now!

Helen has been on my mind lately & I'm sorry I didn't pursue that. She was such a dear, gracious lady whose beauty never faded. Helen & Marie were my neighbors as a kid & she is the first to ever give me a perm. I'm so sorry to hear about her passing. Condolences to the family.
