Alma “Jean” Bevans, 83, of Barboursville, W.Va., passed away on Friday, March 3, 2023. She was born September 12, 1939 in Hurricane, W.Va., a daughter of the late, Lawrence and Lula Clagg Nibert. She is survived by her only son and his wife, Ronald and Carolyn Bevans of Milton; two grandsons she adored, Timothy Bevans and Michael Bevans; two great grandsons, Devyn Bevans of Ashton and Dayton Bevans of Milton. She is also survived by two sisters, Barbara Collins of Ohio and Gloria Lynn Whitt of Milton; two brothers, Roy Nibert and David Nibert; several nieces, nephews and a special nephew, Chad Ivan Wallace of Milton. Also a special friend, Nova Alberts of Barboursville. Honoring her wishes there will be no services and private burial will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. Wallace Funeral Home, Milton is assisting the family with arrangements.
