Steve Alan Courts, 74, of Charleston, W.Va., passed away Monday, May 1, 2023. He was born June 12, 1948, to Dorsie Randolph Courts and Violet Virginia Chapman Courts. Accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior at about the age of ten years old and Baptized in Mud River at Howells Mill in June, 1960. He graduated from Milton High School in 1966 and from West Virginia Institute of Technology in 1971. He retired from Columbia Gas Transmission in 2003. He is survived by two sons, Jonathan Courts (Tarah) and David Courts (Kari); one brother, Scott Courts (Melissa); two sisters, Sally Miller (Larry) and Susie Wayne (Jim); and by four grandchildren, Ethan, Jacob, Maci and Brody.
