Donna Lane “Tootsie” Raines Todd, age 90, peacefully entered her Heavenly home on May 7, 2023. Donna was a godly woman who loved the Lord, her family, and her friends. She was born August 16, 1932, to Duffy and Marcella Raines in Eunice, WV, was a 1950 graduate of Marsh Fork High School, and worked as a clerical associate in the medical field for many years.
Donna is survived by her daughter, Gail (Marc) Sandoval; sisters, Penny (Leroy) Ferrell and Debbie (Eddie) Chambers; sister-in-law, Ilene Golden; granddaughters, Erica (Ben) Toler and Holli (Rob) Duncan; great-grandchildren, Tyler Toler, Emily Toler, Trenton Duncan, Brady Toler, and Mason Duncan; special friends, Robert Ellington, Roger and Cheryl Williams, and Billie Brown; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 52 years, William Charles “Bill” Todd; and brothers, James C. Raines and Ira W. Raines.
