1992 - 2023
 Samantha Danielle (Cooper) Evans, 31, passed unexpectedly at her home early in the morning on July 25th, 2023. Samantha was a full-time student working towards becoming a nurse practitioner. She will always be remembered for her love of books, family, and especially her animals. Those closest to her will forever be reminded of her strength and love. Samantha is survived by her husband, Joel Evans; stepsons Isaac and Isaiah Evans; mother, Patricia Cooper “Mawmaw”; sisters, Rebecca Cooper, Brenda (Cooper) Sutton, and Teresa (Cooper) Jefferson; along with multiple siblings, cousins, and her fur babies. She is preceded in death by her father, Gary Cooper “Pawpaw”. There will be a private ceremony held for the immediate family. We ask for prayers and privacy during this time to allow for healing. Joey, I didn’t get to talk to you yesterday, but I wanted to tell you how devistated I was to hear of Sam’s passing. I know you are in a very weird place right now, and I wanted to tell you that when the time comes that you need to get away, or to talk to someone, I will be here for you! I loved Sam, and admired her for her strength and her compassion, knowing that things have been difficult for her! The greatest thing that ever happened to her was meeting and marrying you! Thank you for making the last 10 years full of love and laughter! May God spread his great wings of peace and comfort over you, my friend!
