1951 - 2023
 Anna Lou Slone, 72 of Loris, SC, passed away on the evening of Friday, September 29, 2023. Anna was born the third of four children to Robert and Margaruiete Rose on February 28, 1951 in Huntington, WV. She spent most of her life in Barboursville, WV until moving to SC for the sunshine and warm weather. She enjoyed gardening, playing cards, and most of all, her grandkids sporting events. She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by the love of her life Frank Slone of 46 years; two daughters Heather (Heath) Bills of Fredericksburg, VA and Alysia Tucker of Myrtle Beach, SC; her three grandchildren that were her pride and joy, Kylee Bills, Cade Bills, and Carson Tucker; two sisters and one brother, Nancy, Darlene and Robert; a brother-in-law, Ronnie (Susie); and sister-in-law, Sharon. She was loved by so many friends that were more like family. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, October 5, 2023 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Pastor Mike Lewis. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. Friends may visit after 12 p.m. noon at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Frank and family,
I’m shocked to learn of Anna’s passing. I will always remember her friendly smile and willingness to help others. Please know your in my thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time. May our Lord and Savior comfort each of you with his blessings and promise of everlasting life. Anna will be waiting on the other side.
