Charles Michael Finley, of Milton, WV, passed away Monday, October 9, 2023. Mike was born October 15, 1950, in Huntington, WV, a son of the late Harold and Hazel Fitzwater Finley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Eugene Finley. He is survived by two sons Brad Finley, Todd (Kandy) Finley, both of Milton, WV; one daughter Sabrina (Joey) Stover of Pliny, WV; two sisters Linda Finley and Lisa Finley Summers both of Milton, WV; five grandchildren Laykin (Andrew) Stoneback, Tanner Stover, Dalton Finley, Cody (Tatum) Hatfield, Andrea (Chris) Sowards; and six great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 14, 2023, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton.
