Shanna Leigh Blankenship, 59, of Huntington, passed away Sunday, October 15, 2023. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday, October 22, 2023 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville with Don Dierdorff officiating. She was born December 10, 1963, in Huntington, a daughter of the late Jack Chaffin and Doris Jean White Ward. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Phyllis France, Jackie Adkins, Brian Chaffin and Rodney Chaffin. She is survived by her husband, Mitchell Ray Blankenship; one daughter, Candis Blankenship of Huntington; one son, Chad Chaffin of South Point, Ohio; five sisters, Patty Chaffin, Ella Roe, Delores Smith, Misty Chaffin and Lisa Reece; three grandchildren, Abigail Blankenship, Trey Blankenship and Shelby Blankenship.
