Rena Lou Garcia, 75, of Milton, passed away October 18, 2023. She was born July 8, 1948, in Charleston, WV, daughter of the late James Leslie Blankenship and Genevieve Virginia Adkins Bunch. She was also preceded in death by her husband Raymond Garcia; son Darrin Garcia; brother Dallas Blankenship; sister, Patsy Chapman, grandchildren Christina and Kayla; and great-grandchild, Jaymason. She is survived by her companion Roscoe "Bud" Sowards; three daughters, Anita and Russell Copodonna of Ona, Lisa and Randy Park of Phelan, CA, and Karen Hall of Richmond, IN; three sons Dana and Dwight Tyler both of Milton, Raymond Garcia II of Las Vegas, NV; chosen daughter, Lisa and Jeremy Jones; two sisters Gail Spurlock of Ona and Bobbie Scarberry of Milton; two brothers, Phillip Blankenship of Chandler, OK and Dale Blankenship of McCallister, OK; grandchildren, Brittney, Jeni, Kimberly, Kevin, Taylor, Trevor, Billy, Carrie, and April; and great-grandchildren Bradley, Christina, Carson, Linda, Summer, Sydni, Adam, Michael, Trenton, Martha, Valerie, Douglas, Caleb, Chase, Asher, Torren, Shawn David, and Morgan. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 21, 2023, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by special family friend, Bishop Edwin Harper. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton.
