Richard Guy “Pete” Peters, 81 of Huntington, passed away October 23, 2023. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 27, 2023 at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Rev. Ray Vance. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. He was born July 17, 1942 in Huntington, a son of the late Ruby Faye Ramsey. He is survived by his beloved family, friends and special nephews, Benjamin Vance (Allie) and Lincoln Ray Vance.
