 Tina Lorraine Howell, 51, of Culloden, WV, went home to be with the Lord December 14, 2023. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Pastor Ronald Santonio and Pastor Paul Whiteford. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park. She was born March 11, 1972 in Huntington, a daughter of Betty Shelton Chaney of Ona, and the late Lewis Black, Jr. She was also preceded in death by her step-father, Gary Chaney; maternal grandparents, Bob and Sara Shelton and paternal grandparents, Floyd and Kathleen Black. She is survived by her husband, Edward Howell; daughters, Faith Howell, Crissy Mitchell and Vanessa Howell; son, Jacob Vititoe; granddaughter, Rose Mitchell; sister, Kimberly Bailes (James); nephew, Michael Salmons II; niece, Tristyn Holzhauer; her dogs, Max and Macie. Tina was a loving wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, sister and aunt. She had a good humor and a generous spirit. She touched everyone she met. She never met a stranger and loved everybody. Tina never let life’s challenges hold her back. She promised Froggy that she would care for her mother, which she did. Visitation will be from 12 to 1 p.m. Tuesday at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton.
