Ernest Kenneth Stroud Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1940 - 2023 Ernest Kenneth Stroud, 83, of Barboursville, passed away Friday, December 22, 2023. Funeral services will be conducted at 12 p.m. Tuesday, December 26, 2023 at the White Chapel Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Barboursville, with Jerry Lake officiating. He was born September 9, 1940 in Wilsondale, WV, a son of Harmon Toney and Armilda Marcum Stroud. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his stepfather, Ersell Maynard. He is survived by his wife, Dottie Stroud; two sons, Toney Stroud (Cassie) and Tim Stroud (Julie); two sisters, Georgia Maynard (Bill) and Sharol Maynard; one brother, Sid Stroud (Magaline); four grandchildren, Christina, Ashley, Michael, and Kaylie; special nephew, Ray Fletcher; and a host of other nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Huntington. Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, is assisting the family.
