Carlotta Hutchinson Blue, 87, of Ona, WV, passed away January 22, 2024. Funeral services will be conducted at 5 p.m. Sunday, January 28, 2024 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Allen Stewart. Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, January 29, 2024 at the Forest Memorial Park Mausoleum, Milton. She was born August 4, 1936, in Salt Rock , a daughter of the late Stuart and Ruby Gill Hutchinson. She was a graduate of Barboursville High School and a member of the All State Choir. She loved music and also loved teaching Sunday School at Baptist Temple where she taught music to three year-olds. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Blue; son-in-law, Patrick Woodard; and brothers, Billy, Dencil and George Hutchinson. She is survived by two daughters, Marsha and Robert Dille of Ona, WV and Melody Woodard of Catlettsburg, Ky.; four grandchildren, Patrick "P.J." Woodard II, Douglas Woodard, Stephen Dille and Timothy Dille; one great-grandchild, Parker Dille.
