Grover Dale McComas, 95, of Glenwood, W.Va., passed away October 22, 2024 at home. He was born in Glenwood, W.Va., to the late Ira and Bertha McComas on July 4, 1929. He was one of ten children. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Rachel Henry, James McComas, George McComas, Louise Kearns, Everett McComas, Waneda McComas and Wanda Cole. He is survived by is wife, Naomi McComas; daughter, Sherry Jenkins (Rick) of Glenwood, W.Va.; grandson, Justin Allen Jenkins of Glenwood, W.Va.; siblings, Carolyn Adkins of Huntington, W.Va., and Frank McComas of Columbus, OH. He was a retiree of ACF Industries. He loved farming and spending time with his family. Funeral services will be conducted at Noon on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton with Minister Danny Evans officiating. Burial will follow in Union Ridge Cemetery, Glenwood, W.Va. Friends may visit from 11 a.m. to Noon on Tuesday at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton.
